We are pleased to announce that we have entered a partnership with Calabogie Peaks Resort who have shown a desire to provide a new home for a couple beehives. Resort executive chef Tristan Hertzog recently contacted us and explained his interest in setting up beehives at the resort and getting the rewards from the hive to sell to the resorts customers, as well as to be used as a welcome addition to the kitchen of Canthooks restaurant based at the resort. Tristan looks forward to getting his hands on the wealth of fresh unpastuerized honey from the resort beehives, which will be beautifully displayed from the restaurant just outside the windows and setup behind the pond for all restaurant patrons to view. Unpastuerized honey will be a great addition to the already healthy menu that Tristan and the staff have already put together for everyone's enjoyment.

As well as gaining the rewards of honey, the resort will also be contributing to saving the bees by providing a welcome home. The resort and the bees will also benefit in the rapid pollination of plants on and off the property. If the blossoms look nice this year, wait till next year as the bees will increase the number of blossoms on flowers and trees from 10-30 times. Everyone benefits...
